When you register and order with us, you will receive a Booking Reference in the format “ZOOMT1234567” via email which needs to be entered on the UK Government Passenger Location Form.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE # SYMBOL

You will receive one code per person and should be submitted in a separate Passenger Locator Form.

After Friday 12th February 2022 , only non-vaccinated travellers will need a test. Please purchase a day 2 PCR test.

Fully vaccinated means you have received all necessary doses of a vaccine:
· in the UK, or UK vaccine programme overseas
· with the Oxford/AstraZeneca, Pfizer BioNTech, Moderna or Janssen vaccines (or formulations of the vaccines in the relevent countries such as AstraZeneca Covishielf) in the EU, Andorra, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Vatican City State, the US, Australia, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Bahrain, Brunei, Canada, Dominica, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan or the UAE

Arrivals must have had a complete course of a recognised vaccine at least 14 days before arriving in England.

Under these new rules, fully vaccinated arrivals will not need any test and should only complete a passenger locator form from the UK Government website.

For all International Arrivals for Entry into the UK, Day 2 must be booked in advanced before you travel into the UK. You can register and book online with us , so you can relax and travel in confidence. We will post your kit to you for the day of your arrival back in the UK. 

Day 2 testing can be conducted at any time between the day of your arrival (Day 0) and 2 full days after (Day 2). Once the test is complete we are required to process your result within a 48hour period, although we test the samples the same day they arrive at our Laboratory.

All items are sent together with DPD next day tracked service. This is always dispatched the day of your arrival so you are at home to receive it. Once we send the item you will receive SMS or Email notifications from DPD with their expected delivery time, this will also include the Tracking Number. If you have not received your shipment for your arrival we can locate your parcel with DPD.

Please note:
– The cut off for shipping is 12pm Mon-Fri for next day delivery.
– Orders placed before 10am on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
– Orders placed after Saturday 10am or Sunday, your item will be dispatched on Monday for arrival on Tuesday. This will still be within your Day 2 time-frame.

All items are sent together with DPD. This is always dispatched the day of your arrival unless you tell us otherwise. Once we send the item you will receive SMS or Email notifications from DPD with their expected delivery time, this will also include the Tracking Number. 

All items are dispatched to your Home Address or Isolation Address if provided. If you need to change your delivery address please let us know minimum 48 hours before your arrival date. If your package has already been dispatched and you would like us to send another package, please let us know, however this may be chargeable for shipping cost and administration. 

When your test is complete we send all PDF Certificates by Email, please check to see if it has gone to your spam or junk inbox instead. Inconclusive results can occur due to poor sampling and will prolong your results.

Please note, as the International Arrivals Covid-19 Testing is a mandatory for the government we are unable to issue cancellations and refunds within 48 before arrival. If your flight has been cancelled associated with the Booking and Passenger Locator Form, please send that in writing with a screenshot in order for us to process a refund. If your item has already been dispatched already there may be an administration and shipping cost deductible. Once our service has been completed we cannot offer a refund or cancellation.
